Baked beans, potato salad, roasted new potatoes, tomato and basil penne pasta, Greek salad, Moroccan styled couscous, mixed garden leaf salad, coleslaw, tomatoes, cucumber, and a tomato, mozzarella and basil salad with a balsamic dressing.


Sauce Options
Tomato ketchup, burger sauce, BBQ sauce or relish, brown sauce, mayonnaise, salad cream, English, wholegrain or traditional hot dog mustard.



Informal Sharing Platters
Bring your guests closer together by choosing from our selection of sharing platters. All of our sharing platters are supplied with a variety of breads, olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip. These can be served from a buffet station or directly to the table. Each platter is designed for a maximum of ten guests to share at the table.


The Walnut Tree Platter
A platter consisting of a selection of Local Cheese and biscuits, sliced Norfolk Ham, Homemade pate and chutney’s, grapes, celery and Walnuts of course!


The Mediterranean Platter
A platter consisting of pita breads, salami ,spicy chorizo and prosciutto ham, greek styled salad with mixed olives, pickled vegetables and a selection of dips.


The Build Your Own Platter
Create your own platter by choosing a selection of mini bites from our savoury canapé menu!



Informal Sharing Mains
All our sharing main courses come served in bowls or on a platter for up to ten people per table to share with a choice of potatoes and choice of two sides*.

Our sharing dessert platters have been created for a choice dessert option but designed so that clients can mix and match to suit any palette. Each platter serves up to ten people per table.


Lemon Delight Trio Platter
Consists of Lemon Tart, Sicilian Lemon Mousse, Lemon Meringue styled Eton Mess served with Chantilly cream.

Our buffets and banquets can be decorately displayed or served by our staff at the station Whether you are looking for a finger, cold or hot food buffet selection we can compose a choice of your desired foods and any menu can be tailored to include a dessert.
